Cleaning Services

1. Definitions

  • "We/Us/Our" means Nevgivup Ltd, the provider of cleaning services.

  • "Client/You/Your" means the individual or organisation booking our services.

  • "Services" means the cleaning services we agree to perform.

  • "Premises" refers to the property where services are to be carried out.

 

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All services must be booked in advance by phone, email or online.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email or message).

  • We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions or inaccurate property descriptions.

 

3. Services Offered

We provide a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Regular domestic cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning

  • End-of-tenancy cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • One-off cleans

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and may include VAT (if applicable).

  • Payment terms:

    • One-off cleans: payment due upon completion.

    • Regular/contract cleans: payment due within [14] days of invoice.

  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, Direct Debit.

  • Late payments may incur a fee of [e.g., £15% per month interest].

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments within at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged at 100%.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to staff illness, adverse weather, or other unforeseen issues.

 

6. Access to Premises

  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property.

  • If cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a full fee may still be charged.

  • If keys or codes are provided, they must be working and clearly labelled.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Inform us of any allergies, hazards, or sensitive surfaces before cleaning begins.

  • Ensure pets are secured if needed.

  • Secure valuables, cash, or personal items during the cleaning service.

 

8. Equipment and Supplies

  • All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

11. Complaints and Re-cleans

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service.

  • If a complaint is validated, we will offer a free re-clean or an alternative solution.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion if we cannot resolve the issue.

 

12. Termination

  • Ongoing cleaning agreements may be terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice.

  • We reserve the right to terminate service for repeated cancellations, non-payment, or abusive behaviour.

 

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or staff illness.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the English courts.

 

15. Data Protection

  • We process client data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your data will only be used for service delivery and communication.

CCTV Installation Services 

1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our": refers to Nevgivup Ltd, the CCTV installation service provider.

2. Scope of Work

We agree to provide CCTV installation services as outlined in the quotation or agreement, including:

  • Site survey (if applicable)

  • Supply of CCTV equipment

  • Installation and configuration

  • Testing and client demonstration

  • Basic operational training

  • (Optional) Ongoing maintenance or monitoring

All work will be performed with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with UK industry standards.

 

3. Site Requirements

  • You must ensure clear and safe access to the installation site.

  • Any known hazards, such as asbestos, must be disclosed in advance.

  • You must obtain any necessary planning permissions (e.g. listed buildings, conservation areas).

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Payment schedule (example):

    • 50% deposit upon booking

    • 50% upon completion

  • Additional or unforeseen work not included in the original quote may incur extra charges.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Ownership and Title

  • Equipment remains our property until full payment is received.

  • If payment is not received, we reserve the right to recover the equipment or pursue legal action.

 

6. Warranties

  • Equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12–36 months).

  • Installation is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  • Warranty is voided by:

    • Tampering or unauthorised alterations

    • Misuse or negligence

    • Failure to maintain the system as advised

 

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel the order with at least 5 working days’ notice before installation.

  • Late cancellations may result in charges to cover costs incurred (up to 50% of quote value).

  • If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

 

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Loss of recorded footage due to power failures, user error, or system failure.

    • Acts of vandalism, theft, or third-party interference.

    • Data breaches caused by poor password security after handover.

  • Our total liability is limited to the contract price.

 

9. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring CCTV usage complies with data protection law, including:

    • Registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if required.

    • Displaying proper signage (e.g. “CCTV in operation”).

    • Using footage only for lawful purposes.

We can offer guidance but do not accept responsibility for legal compliance after installation.

 

10. Data Protection

11. Force Majeure

Solar Panel Installation

1. Definitions
