2. Refunds for Goods

3. Refunds for Services

  • A full or partial refund if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill

  • A re-performance of the service at no extra cost, if applicable

You must report any service issues within 14 days of completion.

 

4. Online or Distance Sales (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchased online, by phone, or away from our business premises:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving goods or confirming services to cancel for a full refund (unless the product is exempt—see below).

  • For services, the cooling-off period ends 14 days after the contract was made unless you asked us to start work sooner (in which case, you may be charged for work already done).

 

5. Items Exempt from Refunds or Cancellation

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order goods

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

  • Services that have been fully performed

  • Hygiene products if unsealed (e.g. toiletries)

 

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Return Shipping
